To Help Athletes Grow and Achieve!

With the absence of the sport of hammer throw in California high schools, complicated by the fact that the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) does not sanction the event, there is a real lack of opportunities for these athletes to get the exceptional training they need and showcase their talents for perspective colleges. Golden State Throwers was created to give young hammer throwers a much needed boost in the Northern California area. We provide an opportunity for beginners, intermediate, and elite athletes to participate. We created this team to help young hammer throwers in Northern California gain the attention of perspective colleges nationwide.
